At STLWAVES, customer satisfaction is our priority. However, due to the nature of digital goods, our refund policy is as follows:

1. Digital Goods: Once a purchase has been made and the download link has been provided, we do not offer refunds unless the item is defective or does not meet the description.
2. Defective or Incorrect Items: If a file is corrupt, incomplete, or otherwise unusable, please contact us within 7 days of purchase for a replacement or refund.
3. Subscription Fees: Subscription payments for Premium Membership are non-refundable. You may cancel at any time before the next billing cycle.
4. Lifetime Access is non-refundable once purchased.
